LG is rumored to be working on the LG G2 mini, a size variant of the popular LG G2. The original device came up with a 5.2-inch FHD display with great brightness levels and awesome viewing angles. The name of the device is still unconfirmed and that G2 mini is the purported name.
The trend of making device in multiple size variants is currently followed by Samsung, Sony and HTC. These companies make devices in different sizes to offer one device for every user. The Original G2 came up with 5.2-inch FHD display with a resolution of 1920x1080pixels and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Quad-Core processor with a clock speed of 2.26GHz per core. The device comes in 16GB and 32GB version boasting 2GB RAM on board. The camera unit of the device bears a 13MP sensor powered by OIS, the front camera of the device stands at 2.1MP and uses a 3,000mAH battery for the power supply.
In terms of hardware the LG G2 mini is expected to come with the same set of specs and the resolution of the display is expected to be Full HD. However there is no official word on the development and that the final details may come out different.
