The much awaited Gionee Elife E7 was officially unveiled by Gionee in Shanghai yesterday. The launch event witnessed a huge mass of gathering. Ever since the model was teased on its social media page, there have been numerous speculations about the specifications of the device. Gionee became very popular with its Elife series of phones. The Elife series of phones offer amazing performance with good hardware on board at a competitive price.
India has already got the Elife flavor from Gionee, and the most popular in India for now is the Elife E6. This smartphone comes packed with quality hardware and amazing software. With Elife E7, Gionee is aiming to beat other smartphone giants like Samsung, Apple, LG, HTC and Nokia.
The Elife E7 is all about camera, that’s the USP of this device, the tagline says its made for the shooter. Lets have a quick view at the specs of this device. The Elife E7 comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The smartphone comes with one of the best cameras in the industry, it sports a 16MP camera in the rear and is supplemented with features like intelligent scene recognition, foot print mode, auto makeup effect and a meeting memo mode. With these functions the camera automatically adjusts images and enhances them. It has an 8MP front camera, which the company claims is better than the rear camera on iPhone 5s.

This model comes in 2 variants, one with 4G LTE and one with 3G. The 4G LTE version comes with a 2.5GHz quad-core snapdragon 800 Soc and 3G variant comes with 2.2GHz quad-core snapdragon 800 soc processor. There are also RAM variants in both the categories and that varies according to the memory. The 32GB variants is packed with 3GB RAM and 16GB variant comes with 2GB RAM on board. This mighty smartphone comes powered by a 2,500mAH battery and runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Operating System covered with Amigo UI 2.0.
