Blackberry is losing its market share of smartphones with a
very rapid pace. The recent launches from Blackberry could not benefit the
company much, thus blackberry seemed to have made its popular messenger service
BBM available for major smartphone platforms while cutting down the price of
Q10 to make some good sales.
The Q10 was launched in June with a price tag of Rs 44,990
in India, it is now getting a special price of Rs 38,990. In September the
company had cut down the price of Blackberry
Z10 by Rs 11,000. This seems more likely that the company wants to boost
sales in the market and make some profits out of it. The company has cut down
the price of Q10 as a special offer and the discounted price is available till
26th January 2014 only.
The Blackberry Q10 comes powered by a 1.5GHz Dual-Core
processor while boasting a 3.1-inch capacitive touch screen display. The phone
has 16GB on board storage and 2GB RAM making the device very fast in
multi-tasking. The device features physical QWERTY keypad and is available in
Black and White colors.
